We are newlyweds and knew when we married 2 years ago it was NOT

verify availability and she had already spoke with 4 other agents who
would said they would be sending over offers. (It had only been on the
market 2 days!!) I said DO NOT accept any offers until we submit ours,
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! We wrote up the contract site unseen with the
knowledge that if for whatever reason once we see the home and decide
it isn't right for us we can Cancel the contract no biggie!
It is an 1800 sq ft home 3bedroom/2.5bath MOVE-IN READY located in the heart of TEMPE!
Best news we only paid $155,000! We have a 4.75% FIXED interest rate
and only put 3.5% down! Our mortgage comes out to about $975.00 a month
and rentals in the community go for about $1,300-$1,500 a month! MORAL OF THE STORY DO NOT WAIT!!!! Write
the contract to ensure no body steals the home out from under you! Once
they have accepted your offer they CAN NOT accept another one! (Even if
someone came in and offered 200K over asking price YOU WIN!) And once the contract is signed you have 10 days to fully inspect the property and to change your mind!!
We are FASTLY approaching December which means that the $8,000 first time home buyer tax credit is going to be non existent
VERY SOON! To be considered a first time home buyer you can not have
purchased a home within the past 3 years!! 3 years that is ALL!! Don't
